Hello rufz fans,

As you can see,Goran and Fabian have different ways of achieving such 
a good results.It means, that training process is personally dependent.
You probably realize that you need extra 'Something' in your brain
to go over 100k or reach 1000cpm speed,which is not just a training.
Of course,to keep such high level,you have trained every day.

Take those advices as a start,and try to find your own way to improve
results!
Gabriel,try also with fixed speed in trainer mode!
