Hi Fabian and thanks for lovely tips and suggestion.
Could I ask you which kind of waveform are you used to run with?
Personally I like the squared one but some people have suggested me to use 
only sinusoid, what do you think about it, do you think it has any matter in 
order to reach or not high speeds?
